The challenge
Dagacci is one of the largest medical apparel brands online — '#1 Bestseller on Amazon for 10 years,' 10M+ healthcare workers served, shipping to 180+ countries. Their Shopify storefront needed to match that scale with merchandising depth the previous theme couldn't support.
The home page needed to handle seasonal merchandising, scrub-line spotlights, and UGC galleries; product pages had to surface fit and size complexity across men's, women's, and unisex lines; collection pages needed to filter across product type, color, size, and category without slowing down on a deep SKU matrix.
Approach
Rebuilt every section of the home page from scratch — hero, featured collections, scrub-line spotlights, UGC 'Show Us Your Style' gallery, loyalty signup, and footer credibility blocks. Built as reusable Liquid sections the Dagacci team can re-order without dev help.
Built dedicated product page sections handling fit/size/color selection, related products, size guides, and care instructions. Optimized for the image-heavy nature of apparel without bloating the JS bundle.
Reworked collection templates with cleaner filtering, faceted navigation, and improved scannability for shoppers comparing across the deep apparel catalog.
Modelled product data with proper Shopify metafields — fit type, fabric composition, care instructions — so spec data renders consistently across product, collection, and the international locale variants.
